  • The 3rd Degree (Radio4, 4.30) Steve Punt's students versus lecturers quiz returns. This week, it's French, genetic engineering, and criminology from Leicester.
  • Y Talwrn (Radio Cymru, 7pm). Elsewhere, football displaces Antiques Roadshow to BBC4, and that would displace Today at the Test to BBC3, except the cricket's surely finished and they might sneak out a rerun of Top Gear.
  • Love Island (VM2 and ITV2, 9pm) Still on, but likely to be delayed so it doesn't clash with the football. Followed by Love Island Aftersun.

  • Bargain Hunt (BBC1, 12.15; Wed 12.30) New eps on Monday (Hemswell) and Friday (cinema).
