TV and radio presenter who has presented for CBBC as well as hosting shows on Capital FM and BBC Radio 1. Her other TV credits include presenting the Junior Eurovision Song Contest and appearing as a contestant on Celebrity Mastermind twice.
Trivia
Has guest hosted Blue Peter twice; once on 27 May 2022, and again on 3 November 2023, with Nikita Kanda following a week later on 10 November.
A conversation between normal men and innocent men, featuring Lauren and CBBC mascot Hacker T. Dog from 2016, went viral after it resurfaced online in 2022.
