Synopsis
Seven of Northern Ireland's most talented amateur cooks move into Crom Castle in Fermanagh, where they live together and compete against each other.
Each week, the cooks draw up a menu featuring two dishes showcasing two local ingredients named by the judges. The judges then select their favourite three menus, not knowing whose menu it is. These three hopefuls battle out it for a place in the semi-finals. The winner goes through, the others try again in the next episode.
After four semi-finals, we start over again, leading to a grand final where the chefs cook for the lord and lady of the manor.

Trivia
The first series was given a network outing on BBC1 at 11:30 on Saturdays, from 18 June to 23 July 2022. That's 11:30 in the morning, after Saturday Kitchen.
Eamonn was on crutches at the time of filming the first series, as he was nursing a leg injury.
The entire second series was uploaded to iPlayer after its first episode was broadcast. It had evidently been sitting on the shelf for a while, on account of the trophy reading "FARM TO FEAST: BEST MENU WINS 2022".
