Synopsis
Series following the attempts of workers aged 50-65 to break back into the industry in which they once worked, as they are pitted against a fresh-faced younger candidate looking for that first big break.
The winner gets a job at the end of the apprenticeship.
Trivia
Unusually, the series actually had two titles. The episode featuring female protagonists was called Grandma's Back in Business.
