Biography
One of the Roux restaurateuring dynasty (his father is Albert Roux, his uncle Michel Roux Sr) and head chef at two-Michelin-starred eatery Le Gavroche, which he took over after his father's retirement in 1993. His sous-chef is Monica Galetti, who has, since 2009, been a judge during the early stages of 'Masterchef - The Professionals'.
