Biography
Journalist who was Economics Editor for BBC News from 2001 to 2008, since when he's been lead presenter for Today on Radio 4 (2008-14), Newsnight on BBC Two (2014-18) and PM on Radio 4 (since 2018). All of which are of course mere side-hustles to his most significant role (well, to us anyway) as host of Dragons' Den.
