Jonathan's TV debut was in a forerunner of Holiday called Passport, on which his father travelled to holiday destinations with the family in tow. Nowadays he's a heavyweight political journalist: he hosted Radio 4's 'Any Questions' for many years (while David now presents the TV equivalent, 'Question Time') and three election night programmes for ITV (while David continues to present the rival programme on the BBC).

Trivia

In addition to his relatives who work in the same field as him, Dimbleby's sister-in-law, Josceline (David's wife) has written a number of cookery books. In addition, his other brother, Nicholas, sculpted the plaque that stands in Poets' Corner as a memorial to their father, Richard.
