Synopsis
A dozen chefs, ranging from professionals to home cooks and social-media stars, are split into three teams, each working on a different floor. When a moving platform descends, they have 30 seconds to grab ingredients before whipping up a dish in 45 minutes.
Each level of the set (a whopping 10m tall) has a different set of cooking equipment - basic kit in the basement, a catering kitchen in the middle, and a load of high-end equipment on the top floor. The top floor also gets first pick of the ingredients, the basement are left with what they're left with.
