Synopsis
Late night series (although it probably it makes more sense to put it on in a daytime slot) featuring six teams who try to improve their health and fitness in the space of a week, through a series of challenges. HTV news presenter Lucy Owen presided and joined in the celebrations as successful teams revelled in the delight of winning... a Debenhams voucher (see Video below).
Trivia
This series was produced in association with Health Challenge Wales, a subsidary of the Welsh Assembly Government.
