Synopsis
Ten unsigned artists compete in a series of industry-inspired challenges ranging from social media videos to hard hitting press interviews. Throughout the series, the mentors will share a unique insight into how the music industry works and at the end of each episode, they will choose two artists to go head to head and perform a song of their choice to avoid being eliminated.

The first artist to be dropped was Jay Scott, who had oozed onto the UK Singles Chart at #85 with Dirty Dancer as a fifth of 2013 The X Factor ninth-placers Kingsland Road.
