A former restaurant chef who now runs a highly-regarded school of cookery in North Yorkshire and has contributed to numerous TV programmes.
Trivia
She was the "headmistress" on the US MTV show, The Girls of Hedsor Hall, essentially an Americanised version of Ladette to Lady.
