Synopsis
Each week, three celebs (mostly comedians, with the odd journo thrown in) are cut off from the outside world for four days, then asked to determine which news stories from that period are true and which are made up.

Trivia
Although it made fake stories for the unbroadcast pilot, BBC News refused to allow their staff to make fake stories for the actual series. This is probably because longstanding policy is for fake news items to use "realistic" but distinctively different on-screen graphics so that they can't be confused with the real thing - which is fine for inserts in programmes like Torchwood and Crisis Command, but obviously a bit of a giveaway on a show like this.
