Synopsis
Across three heats, celebrities learn to dive with Tom Daley, the Olympic medallist and treble Young Sports Personality of the Year. A combination of votes from the judges - Plymouth City diving coach Andy Banks, comedian Jo Brand, and Olympic silver medallist Leon Taylor - and the viewing public at home decides who progresses to the next stage.

Later stages
The semi-final was contested by heat winners Omid Djalili, Eddie Edwards; and by splash-off winners Jake Canuso, Charlotte Jackson.
Inventor
A local version of the Eyeworks format Sterren Springen (Celebrity Splash), first broadcast in the Netherlands.
Trivia
Further local versions have been commissioned in the United States, France, and Australia.
The show was a live outside broadcast from Inspire Luton.
