Biography
Michelin-starred chef who rose to culinary fame as head chef of the Landmark Hotel in London, and media stardom as the central figure in two Channel 4 docusoaps: 2003's French Leave and 2005's Return of the Chef. Since then, he's appeared on all manner of shows, most famously I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!, off the back of which he became a figure of tabloid fascination - all the more so because he was going through an acrimonious divorce at the time, which eventually resulted in his going bankrupt. Now back in business, he is the head chef of the two-Michelin-starred New Angel in Dartmouth.
