Synopsis
Eight celebrities with a passion for darts step up to the oche to see if they have what it takes to become the first Showbiz Darts Champion.
Under the tutelage of darts legend Bobby "The King of Bling" George and 2004 World Champion Andy "The Viking" Fordham, famous faces like Johnny Vegas, Phil Tufnell, Rowland Rivron, Vicki Butler-Henderson, Keith Chegwin and James Hewitt don their very own monogrammed satin shirts and flex their throwing arms.
The tournament takes place at the famous darts venue, The Lakeside Club at Frimley Green, Surrey. The celebs are pooled into two groups of four to be captained and coached by George and Fordham. Each player takes on all the competitors in their pool once, with the top two from each group progressing to the semi-finals. Ultimately one player from each camp will meet in the all important grand final, which will be stage in front of a 1,000-strong audience.
