Biography
Caernarfon-born broadcaster, author and occasional singer - and one of Welsh TV's most natural presenters.
Mari made her name co-hosting the S4C kids magazine show 'Uned 5' - winning a BAFTA Cymru along the way - before taking a break from her TV career become a primary school teacher.
She has since become a popular mainstay on Welsh screens, putting her own stamp the long-running countryside documentary series 'Cefn Gwlad', reporting on the Urdd and National Eisteddfodau and the Royal Welsh Show, as well as keeping her hand in children's telly.
Trivia
Mari's father is singer-songwriter Geraint Lovgreen - they entered the 2017 Can i Gymru contest together with the self-composed 'Seren'.
Mari won the Bafta Cymru award for Best Newcomer in 2006.
