Biography
Former regional TV newsman Madeley is married to Judy Finnigan, eight years his senior. Together they have been the staple TV diet of Britain's housewives since 1988, first with their Liverpool-based daytime crowd-pleaser This Morning on ITV and later in the teatime slot as Richard & Judy on Channel 4.
Incidentally, Richard met Judy at Granada TV where they were both presenters of the nightly regional news magazine, Granada Reports alongside the legendary Anthony H. Wilson.
