Biography
French maitre d' who has run front-of-house for the likes of Pierre Koffman and Michel Roux Jr. His first major TV exposure came when he reunited with the latter for Michel Roux's Service, though most people would credit the does-what-it-says-on-the-tin observational series First Dates as his star-making role. Besides his game show credits he's also starred in foodie travelogues Remarkable Places to Eat and Gordon, Gino and Fred's Road Trip.
