Synopsis
Four episodes each week see two job candidates entertain their potential future employer in their own homes. The employer chooses one candidate each day to progress to the Friday final where the four successful daily candidates compete in a task at their potential boss's house. Two more candidates are eliminated after the task before the boss makes their decision on who to hire.
