Biography
Educated at Elmslie Girls School in Blackpool, Jodie Prenger became a regular on cabaret cruise ships with a part time job as an agony aunt. Her break came in 2006, when she lost 8st. 7lbs on The Biggest Loser UK, making her the first female winner on any version. Since then she went up to a womanly size 14/16 and went on to win I'd Do Anything. Possibly the only British person to win a diet show and a singing show, which is what we could call diverse talents.
She continues to both act and present; among other things she's Paul O'Grady's regular holiday stand-in on Radio 2.
