Synopsis
Families go head to head in a series of sporting challenges-with-a-twist, including the Not So Grand National or Dizzy Penalties. The aim of the game is to win sporting prizes. Kids can tell their parents to "Get Sub'd" if they're not up to the challenge or are just plain embarrassing!
The substitutes are showbiz celebs or sporting stars fresh off A Question of Sport, such as Steve Davis or Iwan Thomas.
