Trivia
His real name is David Williams but someone at Equity already had that name.
In 2006 he swam the English Channel for Sport Relief, clocking an impressive time of 10 hours and 34 minutes. Out of more than 1000 known crossings, Walliams' time is among the 50 fastest. He was favourite to take the title BBC Sports Personailty of the Year until they changed the rules to exclude him. It's like Bob Nudd all over again.
He was once in a double-act with Jason Bradbury.
