In a packed Saturday, we welcome back Fighting Talk (Radio 5, 11am), say hello to Stepping Out (ITV, 6.30), The X Factor (ITV, 8pm) and go Through the Keyhole (ITV, 9.20pm). Then on Monday there's new Come Dine with Me (C4, 5pm), new The Chase (ITV, 5pm), and new Pointless (BBC1, 5.15). And there's more! Big Star's Little Star (ITV, 8pm Wed) embarrasses famous people, and QI (BBC2, 10pm Fri) moves into series K.
