In a quiet week for new shows, we have the new series of Dilemma (Radio 4, 6.30 Tue), a return for Monumental (BBC1 Northern Ireland, 10.35 Fri), and Duck Quacks Don't Echo (The Satellite Channel, 10pm Fri). It's the last competitive editions of Who Wants to be a Millionaire (ITV, 8pm Tue).
