Synopsis
It's International Stars In Their Eyes Special Sponsored By The Estate Of Colonel Tom Parker! A bunch of Elvis impersonators from around the world fly in to London (what, not even Prestwick? Hardly very authentic, then) to compete in five categories: Rock 'n' Roll Elvis, G.I. Elvis, The '68 Comeback Special Elvis, Fat Junkie Jumpsuit Elvis and Aloha Elvis. Is this sounding a bit Father Ted to anyone else? The five winning Elvises go through to the public vote a week later.
The whole thing is entirely pointless as the Elvis estate annointed Shawn Klush as the official Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist for 2007 in a US-based competition only the previous month.

Er, Shawn Klush, same as the US competition. That was worth it, then.
Trivia
Actually, they prefer to be called "Elvis Tribute Artist" in the singular and "Elvi" in the plural. Which is precisely why we're not calling them that.
