Synopsis

An ambitious production at the time, this live game show was broadcast from two OBs at different locations and also from Antena's studio complex in Caernarfon.

Two unsuspecting members of the studio audience would be astonished (or otherwise) to find that the OB units were in their homes along with their families. The two families would compete against each other for various prizes.

The series aired on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. The winners of Friday and Saturday would travel to Cardiff on Sunday to compete live against each other for the star prize, usually a family holiday.

Trivia

The title means The Big Weekend.
