A veteran of commercial kids' TV. First came to fame as a host on Magpie, presented Wide Awake Club (from whence sprang Wacaday) on TV-am, did links for CITV... all that kind of stuff. Can still be heard on various radio stations across the UK. Pops up on talkradio from time to time.
Trivia
Despite some claims to the contrary, he did not invent the story about Bob Holness playing sax on Baker Street. He may have spread it a bit, but he certainly didn't invent it.
