- Food Fight (Betty for Channel 4) - Culinary panel game with Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall.
- Put Your Menu Where Your Mouth Is (Reef TV for BBC) - a slightly confused title for a food-based variant on Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is.
- Wheelchair Dancers (Fever Media for BBC Three) - Strictly Dance Fever, with wheelchairs. (Application details)
- The Cube (Objective for ITV1) - Phillip Schofield challenges people to do tricky things inside what looks suspiciously like the glass cube from 19 Keys.
- Copycats (BBC Scotland for CBBC, filming May/June 2009) - The BBC press release says "Each show pits two families against each other in a variety of exciting and captivating tasks which test players' ability to pass on information." Sam Nixon and Mark Rhodes host.
- Tonight's the Night (BBC, 2009) - Members of the public get to live out their performance fantasies live on national television. With John Barrowman. May or may not have a game show element.
- The QI Test - daytime quiz spin-off from QI. (TalkbackThames for BBC)
- Chefs and the City - amateur and professional chefs compete. (Hamma and Glamma for UKTV Food)
- Time of Your Life - game show featuring people facing major life events, hosted by the ever-available Michael McIntyre. (Open Mike for BBC One)
- You've Got the Answer - Quiz meets hidden-camera show. Didn't Oblivious do something like this? Dale Winton hosts. (Channel TBA)
- One Wrong Move - Couples quiz with Mark Durden-Smith. (Channel TBA)
- Priceless - Price-guessing game with Jamie Theakston. (Channel 4)
- First and Last, a show where people compete to be as average as possible, ironically to be hosted by Justin Lee Collins. Wikipedia has a description of this format. (Endemol for Channel 4).
