Biography
Best-known as a Blue Peter presenter during the early-to-mid 90s, or what are generally known as the show's "Boring Years". Which is not all his fault, mind you. He went on to become a showbiz reporter in Hollywood, America. He's also hosted Miss World and even appeared as a stand-in host on the US version of Who Wants to be a Millionaire. He's also an actor and he played the troubled teenager Billy Ryan in several series of the CITV drama 'Children's Ward' before he was on 'Blue Peter', and later Marty Dangerfield, son of the eponymous lead character, in the BBC's medical drama 'Dangerfield', from 1996 until 1997.
