Synopsis
A group of celebrities, led by chef Marco Pierre White, take over the running of a kitchen in a real London restaurant, in this successor to Hell's Kitchen.
In each of four heats, three celebrities are given guidance by Pierre White via a food challenge, before having to create and make a menu for 25 diners.
If they get into trouble they can ask for Pierre White's assistance, but any help they do receive results in points being taken away from their final score.
Each week sees the celebrity with the most points progress to the semi-finals, while the fate of the other two lies with Pierre White, with one being saved, and progressing to the semi-finals, and the other being eliminated.
