It was merged with Thames to become TalkbackThames in 2003 until 2012, which is in turn part of Fremantle Media, which is ultimately owned by RTL. Now it remains operationally independent, continuing to produce comedy entertainment shows and leaving Thames to do the heavy stuff, like The Bill.
