Well, 2010 is done and dusted, and now all there is to do is boil it down into its constituent parts and then using SCIENCE separate out the good bits from the bad ones using centrifugal force and write it up stating the hypothesis, method and conclusion.Sadly we can’t afford a centrifuge but we can afford is a) the free input of you: the readers that matter and b) in a UKGameshows.com first actual real trophies to send out to this year’s big winners, apparently. So now your vote is, as Peter Dickson would probably suggest in a booming voice, MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVER.

The Categories
As ever there are three categories we would like you to vote on:
- The Hall of Fame 2010 - For the best new shows of 2010.
- The Hall of Shame 2010 – For the worst new shows of 2010.
- The UKGameshows.com Golden Five of 2010 – For any show that had a new episode broadcast in 2010.
The Rules
- In each category, each voter gets five votes. You may vote for five different shows, or you may weigh the vote by voting for the same show up to three times.
- You do not have to use all your votes
- A non-exhaustive list of new shows in 2010 follows.
That’s it. Only to point out that we’ve had some issues in production companies voting for their own shows in the past. This year’s official line is: we can’t stop you doing it, but you must declare your interest – failure to do so could lead to your ballot being spoilt, or worse your show may get disqualified. The final say in any case rests with the people conducting the poll.
How do I vote?
There are two ways.
- The preferred method is to use Bother's Bar's OFFICIAL Poll of 2010 Ballot form. This has everything laid out for you nice and neatly.
- Alternatively you can also send an e-mail. Please send your votes as clearly as possible, preferably one vote to a line to poll2010@ukgameshows.com.
The closing date for ballots is Midnight Saturday 15th January 2010.
